It was a great association with Skilift team for almost two years - starting with selection of trainers, identifying the best operations among the shirt factories in Bangalore, designing the SMART training module for all the operations considering elemental activities, ToT program for the selected trainers and process engineers well before starting operations at Odisha.
Program was well structured with implementation phase for the school trainers and inline trainers to have hands on experience for the trainers and process engineers. Adersh was instrumental in setting-up the method and process right during his follow-up visits.
